The anchor villa is not only located in a cozy location that is worth seeing from the outside and inside, where you feel as comfortable as with friends on the sofa. When I enter these rooms, I have the feeling that I am not only welcome as a guest but also as a person. The homemade spreads, jams and cakes are always (!) A pleasure. The buffet is lovingly arranged, as is everything in the anchor villa. With changing art exhibitions there is something new to discover with every visit. I would deduct a fraction of a star for the uncomfortable high stool next to the buffet.

Outstanding work on the local specialties by the kitchen. One of my best meals in Germany. Well worth the trip for foreigners.

The apple pie was just delicious, like mom's when you came in from playing in winter to warm up. Great, family atmosphere, cozy too. Coffee is delicious too. Gladly again ... ?

I liked it here very much. The food is delicious and the staff friendly. In my opinion, thief portions are unfortunately a bit small, but that's ultimately in the eye of the beholder. Otherwise I was completely satisfied.

Quaint ambience in the old half-timbered house, decoration can be purchased if you like. Great big photos on the walls! Very nice attentive staff. The breakfast buffet was very good, the coffee not my taste (but that's individual).

Very friendly staff. The cafe is centrally located in the city center. However, the cake is already gone in the afternoon and otherwise the menu barely offers cheap dishes, but otherwise really very satisfied!

Good location for lunch and coffee / cake in a very old half-timbered building.

About 2 months after our civil wedding, we were able to enjoy a wonderful meal in a fantastic ambience with our guests in the warehouse! The service, the food and the interior are second to none! It was beautiful, the atmosphere and food deserve a "1 star"! We enjoyed it and will be back! Thank you very much ! Sven and Susanne with friends and family!

This café is an idyllic oasis in the heart of this beautiful old town. However, the sympathetic employees are the real guarantor for the many positive impressions. My tip: apple pie with cream with a coffee! - simply divine!
